About Mike's Wooden American Flags

There is something about the American flag that makes it so popular. Maybe it’s the colors of our flag and what they represent. Red signifies hardiness & valor, White, purity and innocence and Blue, vigilance, perseverance & justice. In no other county will you find their flag displayed so prominently. For me it’s personal. My father is part of the greatest generation. He enlisted with the United States Marine Corps after the bombing of Pearl Harbor and was part of the 1st Division, 5th Marines. During WWll my dad fought in some of the deadliest battles, including Okinawa, Peleliu (known as the bitterest battle of the war for the Marines), and New Britain. Wounded in battle, my dad, once recovered, returned to his platoon. The American flag in all its glory evokes pride and patriotism to so many Americans. It’s no wonder you see the flag everywhere you go.

I take great pride in every wooden American flag I build. Whether it is the first flag I ever built, or the 1,000th, they are a symbol of our freedom that we are blessed with due to the sacrifices of our men and women in the military. I take my time with each flag I build. If you are ever unsatisfied for any reason, I promise you I will make it right. There are no shortcuts taken and I only use the best products available. Each stripe has several biscuit joints which not only aid in the alignment but also in the strength of the overall flag. This method takes more time but I feel it makes the finished product much nicer.

Thank you for your interest in my products. I hope they bring you as much pride as they have me. Please feel free to request a custom flag quote.
