Returns and Exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, defective (aside from the normal rustic in nature of the wood and item itself), or if "I" have made a spelling error , I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once item has been returned to me I will then issue the agreed upon refund.

Processing Time

The time it takes me to prepare an order for shipping varies. I try my best to get your order shipped within two weeks, but there are no guarantees at any point in time.
If your custom order requires a complex setup on my CNC machine, it will affect the time it takes to complete the order. Computers are finicky, they require precise data and correct bits to accomplish the task. It may also involve a high resolution image which you will have to provide for certain personalized pieces (Your University logo for example)

Shipping

I am not responsible for damages incurred during transit. Most of my orders are shipped via FedEx. As hard as I will try to protect your Rustic Art piece, there is a chance it may be damaged during the shipping. If this happens, please send me photos of the box as it arrived, and the damage to the item itself. I will file a claim with FedEx and re-make your piece if need be.

Custom and Personalized Orders

I am always accepting orders for items that are personalized. Due to the nature of personalized work, personalized item sales are not returnable or refundable unless there is a mistake made by myself.

Due to current demand for my products, completely custom orders (Items or item sizes that are not in my shop) are only accepted on a case by case basis. Please contact me via EMAIL if you wish to order a custom piece and I will see if I can accommodate your order and time frame.

My CNC machine can do some amazing things; it just requires some imagination and application. Because of this, some personalized items will require a little research to come up with a price.

How soon will I receive my order

Almost all items are made to order. My production time is currently 2 weeks for most items, but some may ship within a week. Production times do NOT include shipping times.

Care Instructions

Please be aware that these pieces are not meant to kept in direct elements for long periods of time. Prolonged exposure to weather will fade and ruin your piece. This is due to the type of wood, stain, and finish used. I try my very best to ensure that a good sealant is used.

Please use a gentle cleaner when cleaning your Rustic Wood Art. These items are protected with a satin water based poly, but abrasive cleansers can dissolve the protective clear coat over time.
